Nicole turned a rough day around for me with how kind and helpful she was. People like her really do make a difference to a business, and this motel is fortunate to have her.

I’ve spent more than a hundred nights here over several stays, often for weeks at a time, and my regard for the staff has only grown. The rooms are clean and welcoming, the overnight hours are quiet enough for good sleep, and the surroundings feel calm and safe. The freeway and nearby amenities are convenient too. I’d happily recommend this Motel 6 without hesitation, and I enjoy staying here myself. Tony sets a strong example as manager. He clearly cares about the hotel and the way it runs, and that attention shows in the atmosphere, the staff he’s brought together, and the experience guests receive. He’s a real credit to this location and to the company. The office team are professional, considerate, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. I’ve most often seen Sandra, Nicole, and Hailey on evening and night shifts. They welcome guests, handle questions and problems quickly, and seem fully capable of managing the hotel. I always enjoy interacting with them, and it’s clear guests are in good hands. Housekeeping does a great job with the rooms, including the details that make them feel inviting. The maintenance gentleman also deserves recognition for keeping up with the property’s many daily needs. I haven’t learned his name yet, but his hard work is clear.

The price was a great deal, and the hotel was spotless. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure things were right. I expected less, so the whole stay really surprised me. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We paid for three nights, but ended up changing rooms several times. Room 153 was comfortable and we slept well the first night. Before bed the next evening, though, my son found a bedbug on his arm, so we asked to move. Room 260 had no TV, smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being marked non-smoking, and had ashes beside the bed. Room 265 also had no TV and wasn't clean: there was a wet sock behind the bathroom door and gum in a corner of the bed. We asked for a refund for the remaining two nights, but were told the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday, two days later. We moved to 261 instead. It was the most decent room of the bunch, but there was still long hair between the sheets and no TV. Better than nothing, I guess.
