On earlier trips to El Paso, I stayed here quite a few times. Aside from a shower curtain that was too short and let water run onto the floor, it was an okay hotel. But during my last visit, I arrived late after traveling all day by plane and asked the front desk for a little milk for my baby. I’d never asked for anything before. The clerk said no because it wasn’t breakfast time, so we had to get back in the car and drive to a gas station to buy milk. I was disappointed. I know they weren’t required to provide it, but a little help would have meant a lot. A few months later, when we returned to El Paso, we stayed at a major chain instead. They gave us milk when we asked at arrival and didn’t even charge. That kind of extra effort matters to us, so we’ll favor places that do it. Unfortunately, Palace Inn Blue El Paso fell short on that.

We come to El Paso often for bowling tournaments, and this is our preferred hotel. It’s very clean and well maintained, and the staff always make sure we’re taken care of. The lobby and breakfast area are fantastic and well stocked. There are lots of restaurants just a few minutes away by car. We can’t say enough good things about it!

We need accessible accommodations, and this room really worked for us. It had a roll-in shower and an adjustable showerhead, and both the room and grounds were super clean. We found it unexpectedly while traveling through, and it’s going on our list of welcoming places to stay. Highly recommend.

I’d give them five stars, but I kept getting woken up before the 11 a.m. checkout. I work nights, so being disturbed at 10 every day wasn’t fun. I also paid for a deluxe room twice and got a regular one both times.

Good value for the money, and it’s easy to get to everything on El Paso’s east side. The cleaning staff were really friendly, too.
