The room was spacious, clean, and updated, and check-in was easy. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. I've stayed in this area twice while driving through El Paso and felt very safe both times. There's plenty of shopping and dining nearby if you need it. They have construction going on through Fall 2026. It didn't affect our stay, though I believe possible disruption hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

The elevator could take a while, and the dogs barking nearby got annoying when I was trying to sleep. Pet owners should keep them quieter. Aside from that, it was a good stay, and I'd come back while passing through. I was there with my family this past weekend, and the hotel had what we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was great.

It was a rough weekend, and I wouldn't recommend staying here in its current state. We booked for an event on Saturday afternoon, then found out while getting ready that the water had been shut off for renovations. Nobody had told us, so we could have changed our plans if we'd known. When we asked, the woman at the front desk said she was the only one there until Monday and couldn't do anything. The pool was so dirty we couldn't use it, and it wasn't cleaned at all over the weekend. Maybe it'll be nicer after the renovations.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a useful business center. The hotel is clean and has a pool and free breakfast every day. It's near Remcon circle, with good restaurants and shopping close by.

I stayed here a couple of days ago and had already given them my credit card, but still had to do the whole process again. Mobile check-in didn't work. It's ridiculous that you can't do this on your phone and avoid showing ID and entering your card again. Marriott needs to catch up with the times.
