The woman at the front desk was nice and attentive. I was only there one night, but the room stayed cold all night because the thermostat didn’t work. I had to buy a blanket at Sam’s Club to get warm. For this price, you get a cold room with no heat.

I was charged for three nights even though I stayed one, and I still haven’t received the refund. At check-in, Victor told me my reservation had been canceled and had to be entered again. He first charged $106, then took my card again, wrote “void” on the receipt, and charged $65. I called later, and Victor said he’d talk to the manager, who would take care of it. Two weeks passed with no refund. When I called again, Victor wouldn’t let me speak to the manager and told me to contact the booking site. The site had already told me to contact the property because they were the ones who canceled my reservation. I reminded him that he’d said the manager would handle it. He lied and claimed he’d told me to call the third party because the hotel couldn’t do anything. He hadn’t. When I said the booking site told me to call the property, he said, “I appreciate your dilemma, I’m not going to play games with you.” The hotel was disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom, the vending machines had no water, and the staff didn’t speak English. When my husband asked the woman at the desk for water, she said the bottled water was for employees only. Horrible experience. They stole my money.

Absolutely awful. The carpet was filthy and stained, as were the mirrors and bathtub. The walls and doors were dirty and broken, the shower curtain was ripped, and there was no soap, shampoo, or washcloths. The sheets were torn, the pillows horrible, the mattress worn out, and there were no blankets. The lamps were slanted and not secured properly to the wall. Trash was left in the hallways. The elevator was dirty, broken, and looked like a piece of trash. Even the phone was disconnected. Worst hotel I’ve seen in this country.

Breakfast was supposed to run from 7 to 10 a.m., but when I went to the lobby with my children, someone had eaten all the food. There wasn’t a single thing left. The staff were rude, and our room didn’t have any toilet paper. The whole place was filthy. Crushed Doritos covered the hallway carpet, the heater smelled like it was burning, and the blankets were stained. There was no hot water, and the shower drain was clogged with hair. The bathroom floor was grimy and stained, and paint was peeling in the tub. Absolutely disgusting. I won’t stay again.
