The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and I really liked the hotel. The front desk team was delightful. Jessica and Mike were fun to talk with and great with people. Breakfast was standard but got us started, and the bar was a nice extra. David was friendly, served delicious drinks, and always made sure we were taken care of. My stay itself was great, but I won't return because of how the billing issue was handled. I had listed five people in a double room, including my children, and was charged extra for supposed additional guests. The manager is beyond incompetent. I've called numerous times to discuss the charge and got the runaround. I was supposedly given his direct line, but he didn't answer or call back. What kind of manager doesn't return a guest's call about a problem? It feels like my money was stolen, and nothing was resolved. If you're fine with that, this may be the place for you. Good luck to anyone who stays.

The rooms were very good, but the service fell short during my two-night stay. The reception desk was unattended at times, and I waited more than 10 minutes for staff. Breakfast was average. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and the hotel didn't have a luggage scale for guests.

The staff deserve a lot of credit. I met everyone, and they were all great at their jobs, with smiles throughout. Thanks so much to Mike, Giselle, and the whole team for making my fiancé's and my stay so good. As someone who travels a lot and is an ambassador, I'd say this is the best hotel in El Paso. It's close to shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We'll stay here whenever we're back in El Paso and recommend it to friends.

I come here for work at least once a month, and the stay is always easy. The beds are comfortable, the staff are kind, and there's plenty to do and eat nearby. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. I'd recommend it whether you're visiting for business or fun.

My room was clean, but a number of things made the stay uncomfortable. The deadbolt didn't lock properly, the room lighting was poor, and the hallways were very dark. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. It took nearly eight minutes for the water to heat up, and the shower felt unsafe because it had no proper grab bars or floor grip. I nearly slipped several times, both in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The soap holder was loose and coming off the wall. I also wasn't greeted or thanked for being a Bonvoy member at check-in. I was only asked whether I was checking in and for my ID and credit card. Nobody explained the amenities or property details. Parking costs $10 for an open, unsecured lot, which doesn't make much sense. Breakfast was poor too, with powdered eggs, frozen potatoes, and watered-down coffee. For a Marriott property, the experience fell well below expectations.
