Staybridge Suites El Paso Airport by IHG

Just two snags: the king bed came with only two pillows, though you can ask for more, and the washers and dryers weren't very good. Drying took ages, and washing and drying two loads took almost five hours. Otherwise, it was a good stay, with clean rooms, decent breakfast, and great food and bars within walking distance.

My first stay at Staybridge by IHG Hotels left me impressed. The service was exceptional, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, with a fantastic location. It seems well suited to a short visit or a longer stay.

My family and I arrived in El Paso for the BTS concert only to be told there was no reservation under my mom's name. I'd paid for a room at this hotel back in January. The staff were rude and didn't respect that we'd booked ahead. It felt like they gave our room to someone who paid more, and they kept our money without giving us a refund. I called more than 10 times, but nobody answered. I'll never stay with you again. 0/100.

I've been coming here since I was little, around 10 or maybe even earlier, and I'm 25 now. I can't remember exactly when I started, but I've always loved this place and have great memories and a good time here. That nostalgia keeps bringing me back. Still, nothing has changed, and I mean nothing. The room has the same couch and the same chairs at the kitchen table. They really need to do some maintenance. The carpets are stained and worn, and the couch in our room was worn and stained too, which felt a little gross. When you stay just a couple of days, they don't clean the room, make the beds, or leave fresh towels. The staff and everything else were great. I hope to see some updates next time.
