WoodSpring Suites El Paso I-10 Southeast

We moved from New Mexico to give our family a better life, and WoodSpring Suites I-10 El Paso has been a blessing during the transition. We’ve been here for two months now, renting two rooms, and it’s given us a comfortable place to restart in El Paso. We first found the hotel on Expedia for its weekly rates, but it has offered more than an affordable stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the full kitchens let us cook and save money. The beds are comfortable, parking is easy, and check-in was quick. Everyone’s friendly and helpful. Manager Nicole deserves special thanks for listening, responding quickly, and making sure guests are cared for. She’s involved in the day-to-day work and takes safety seriously, which gave us peace of mind from the start. If you’re moving here, traveling for work, or need an extended stay, I’d recommend WoodSpring Suites I-10 El Paso. Thanks to Nicole and the team for making it feel like home while we get settled.

Nicole, the manager, works hard to keep guests happy and improve Woodsprings. Crystal and Sarah have gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable and feel like home. The customer service here is what makes Woodsprings the best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. Everyone on staff is wonderful, including the maintenance team, though I don’t know their names.

We couldn’t get comfortable enough to stay, even after spending more than 40 minutes cleaning. There was hair in the fridge and freezer, and all over the toilet. The door looked like it had been forced open, with a huge gap that let you see into the room and hear everything. It was late and we were tired, so we really didn’t want to switch hotels, but we just couldn’t settle in. We didn’t think to take photos until we’d called to ask what could be done, so I didn’t get pictures of most of the room.

Sara at the front desk was so sweet and enjoyable to talk with. This place has a stovetop, microwave, and fridge, unlike the Motel 6 a couple hundred feet away where I’ve stayed before. That one’s a dump, and the guy checking people in just sits on his phone. Give Sara a big raise!
