Budget Inn El Reno

I've been staying here a lot lately. The family is really nice, the service is great, and the rooms feel cozy. There are restaurants right across the street, too.

I keep ending up back here somehow, but good luck. Some days the staff are friendly, other days not so much. Things in the rooms are broken or missing, and they won't allow pets. The price is too high for what you get: a broken washroom area, no real soap, a broken vending machine, an ice maker that never gets cleaned, TVs that barely work or don't work at all, and no phones in the rooms even though they're listed as included. They also won't fix Anthony while you're staying there. You have to move out and check back in, and if you're lucky, maybe they did something.

The room was cold, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the TV was unreliable. There was no phone to call for help, and the restroom door could lock you inside if you weren't careful. I won't stay there again. I couldn't even upload the photos showing the outfit was burnt and the smoke detector was missing, with only wires hanging down. I chose it because money was tight, but never again.

The online rate said $49, but I was charged $75. Another day, I expected to pay $70 and ended up paying $80. The owner's wife said my first card only had $50 on it, so she ran my other card for another $20. I called the first card and confirmed she'd actually charged it $60. She was also hateful when I asked for a roll of toilet paper, as if one roll was supposed to last three women through their periods all day. On top of that, I have a service dog who barks to alert me before an episode. The owner knocked after she barked, said she wasn't a service dog, and kicked us out. The people in the next room had big pits that barked constantly, and he didn't say anything to them.
