Grey or "Gray" at the front desk really stood out. He noticed I'd left my ID there and went out of his way to let me know. That kind of attentiveness makes a real difference in hospitality. The night was great, and everything was clean and in order.

For our wedding weekend, the hotel was a great fit. It's only minutes from The Brix on the Fox, and our family and friends told us how comfortable their stays were. The bridal suite had plenty of space for us to get ready together, including hair and makeup, and breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Martha Ramirez was a huge help as we arranged our wedding room block at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Chicago NW Elgin. Over the nine months we worked with her, she kept us feeling supported and sure this part of the wedding would go smoothly. She replied quickly, shared detailed updates, and often anticipated what we needed before we asked. Her care and professionalism gave us peace of mind, and she made the whole process feel stress-free. The property itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the hotel team and facilities made the experience even better.
