When we fly into or out of Ohare, this is a convenient, reasonably priced place to spend the night before or after a flight. Everyone is nice, and the hotel is clean. The bed is comfortable, though the pillows are only fair. The TV is nice, the bathroom was clean, and I liked the desk and reading chair. There's also a coffee maker in the room for tea or coffee.

I chose this hotel because of the airport proximity and price, which was comparable to other hotels in the area. They advertised airport shuttle service, but at check-in the agent said that was an error and they don't provide one. Now I'm stuck paying $30 for an Uber, when I could have booked another hotel that actually runs shuttles to and from the airport. Bad business practices.

I always stay here, but this time I wanted to review the rude front desk lady. This keeps happening even when I stay multiple nights: the room isn't cleaned and the towels aren't changed. I guess the person on duty the night before hadn't taken over. The front desk lady arrived just after 3 PM and said, “We won't clean your room or change your towels unless you request it.” Then what's the point of the door tag, and why did my husband tell the front desk ahead of time? Isn't staff trained in handovers and procedures? The coffee milk is stale every time, too. Sorry, but I threw away the “April” label. It's October now.

Jessica deserves five stars. She was professional and extraordinary in how she helped us throughout, and she found a solution to our problem with Booking. People like her are what give the hotel excellent service. Thank you.

The people who work here are friendly: the front desk staff and housekeepers are nice and do what they're told. I gave it two stars because management and the owner seem to cut expenses in ways that make the stay unpleasant. If you stay several days, the room isn't cleaned unless you ask, towels aren't replaced, and even the garbage isn't picked up.
