Quality Inn Elkhart

I paid through the Choice app, which sent me to the former Quality Inn location. The hotel wasn’t there, so I rented a room somewhere else. Quality kept my money and refused to refund it. They said they’d call back but never did, and Choice won’t refund me either, saying Quality has to. Irresponsible thieves!

I had to cancel my reservation because I got sick. The hotel told me I wasn’t on the reservation at all, even though I’d made it by calling them directly and giving my information to someone at the front desk. They still kept my money after saying I wasn’t listed, and now say there’s nothing they can do. They don’t answer my calls either. What would you do? They’re going to be sorry little boys.

The owners and management have put a lot of care and effort into maintaining this property. I stay here often when I’m in Elkhart, and it’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. A great place to stay in the area.

For the price, I’m really impressed. The place looks freshly renovated, and the room was very clean, with no bugs and none of that stale carpet smell. At cheap hotels I usually expect some issues with odors or bugs, so I’m grateful to have found such a well-kept place at a reasonable rate. I’ll absolutely stay again. The one problem was my old, broken air conditioner, though it was kind of funny figuring out how to get it working. Somehow I did.
