I loved my overnight stay, and Amy at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. She tried to find me another room and was honest that the hotel was fully booked. I wish everyone were like her. The trouble started when the person who booked me said there was a room for my second night. Something went wrong and she couldn't finalize it, so she gave me a number to call. They texted back but never fixed the problem, and now I have to find another hotel for tomorrow. If I'd known, I wouldn't have stayed. I have COPD and a lot of things to bring, so moving in and out again for just one night is very hard. Please tell staff not to accept bookings when they can't provide what guests need. That's just not right.

The outside looked decent when we arrived, but the parking lot had people smoking and drinking, with broken bottles scattered around. Coming into the building felt more like entering a detention center than a hotel. The woman at the desk was extremely rude when she eventually came over, and said she thought we'd booked through a third party even though we'd used the hotel's own website. Apparently the website uses a third-party reservation system, which felt misleading. The hallways were disturbing too, with stains that looked like blood, other marks and debris on the floor, trash and bottles around, and a terrible odor on our floor that smelled like drugs or illegal substances. The room was unacceptable: a cockroach under one bed's sheet, which we photographed, stains, holes in the walls, and signs it hadn't been properly cleaned even though the beds were made. Another bug crawled across the bathroom floor. We didn't feel safe, clean, or secure, and were concerned about bugs, bed bugs, hygiene, and the building's condition. In my opinion, the place was uninhabitable. I don't understand how it's still open and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Nobody should have to stay in a building like this.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, and close to plenty of good restaurants and just minutes from a Walmart. We had a standard suite that was spacious, very clean, and a great price. The staff were wonderful. I'd definitely recommend it to others. Keep up the good work, Robyn!

I stayed here for work for several months, and the charges weren't what I was led to expect. They quoted one nightly rate, then started charging more and billing me for upcoming weeks without asking. At checkout, my account had a credit that should have covered a two-week refund, but they returned only $300. Watch out: they labeled the charge an "early departure fee," but it was actually two extra days billed at $60 a night. Keep up the good work!
