Hotel O Daylight Inn Elkhart I-90, In

There were bugs all over, and the lamp didn't even have a bulb. The front desk seemed annoyed that we checked in and demanded another $50 on top of the outrageous $135 I paid for one night. I couldn't wait to leave.

They sprayed for bed bugs this past weekend, but we still have them, along with cockroaches we're trying hard to kill. It's better than it was before. If you're desperate, I'd give it an 8/10, mostly because of what's nearby rather than the room itself. At least it's a roof over your head.

I was told I'd get a refund after not staying in the room because it was infested with roaches. When I walked in, roaches started running around, including one in the tub, and I showed them proof. They're now refusing to refund me. OYO needs to be investigated and shut down. They're stealing people's money.

I checked the room before paying what little I had left for the deposit, thankfully. I was trying to stay here out of desperation. First I saw roaches, then I checked the beds and found bed bugs, just as I suspected. The front desk said they'd refund me if I called the booking agency. I did, then went back and confirmed I'd contacted them. They said I would get the refund. Now I've received an email denying my cancellation request. The rooms are disgusting and the customer service is even worse. These people prey on others in hard situations for money. It's sad how little integrity there is.
