I wish I could give this place zero stars. Check-in took 30 minutes just to go over the rules. Our room was at least 90 degrees when we opened the door, and it smelled like all the people who’d stayed there before us. At the office, we were told there was no air conditioning at all. The beds and bedding looked about 100 years old, there were dead bugs in the hot refrigerator, and bits of who-knows-what on the walls and mirrors. Those four and five star reviews are false and misleading. For your own good, sleep in your car instead of booking here.

The family who runs this place is super nice and responsive, and everything is clean. It’s quiet and feels very safe, which matters a lot. Prices are reasonable, and they have their own website with pictures. Just know there isn’t a 24-hour front desk, so someone may not always be there. Crystal will answer questions by text and come help as soon as she can.

There’s some road noise since it’s right on the main street, but it didn’t affect my sleep. The parking lot is small. My room was spacious and really clean, with a comfy bed and bathroom, and the staff were very sweet and friendly. It’s a deceptively nice little motel for a great price. I’d definitely stay again.

The front desk woman and her son really made the stay great. They were kind, helpful, checked on us during the trip, found a few local stores after doing some research, and knew plenty about restaurants and places to see. Since I’m vegetarian, I appreciated that she could point me toward vegetarian-friendly spots in town. I stayed two nights. The rooms are modest and the bathrooms a little old, but everything was clean and worked as it should. The beds are firm but very comfortable. My room’s microwave and mini fridge were both clean and worked properly. I loved the stay, and the price was fair. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

A great value for a road trip stop, and I got a really good night’s sleep. The person at the front desk was super nice, and the room was very clean. The sheets were unlike any I’ve had in a hotel, soft, with an actual fitted bottom sheet. Highly recommend.
