Ramada Inn

Wheelchair access made things much easier while traveling with my grandmother, and the price was very reasonable for our extended stay. We went to Red Roof Inn Erie I-90 as a family vacation and were pleasantly surprised by how well kept and attractive the property was. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and our room felt modern, comfortable, newly updated, and very clean. We had a great time and would recommend it to people visiting the area.

They gave us a doggie kit and a nice snack box for us humans, which was a fun touch. The maid was super helpful and kept the motel very clean. Our room was roomy and clean too. It’s not a Westin, but it’s a step above a regular red roof. We’d definitely come back for our next soccer tournament.

The noise was awful. I could hear all the loud street traffic, and through the thin walls I also had to listen to scary, disturbing laughter from next door. The room looked dusty and unkempt, with no real soundproofing. At check-in, the front desk staff stared at me as if I were a suspect being interrogated, which felt rude and uncomfortable. They also took $30 from my deposit without telling me beforehand, explaining it, or giving me a receipt. It felt like a scam and an unethical way to do business. Stay somewhere else and save your money and peace of mind.

The friendly, professional staff were always ready to help, and their service made our stay even more enjoyable. Had a wonderful time, thank you for the hospitality!
