The airport parking was included in the value, and the shuttle was timely and convenient. The driver was friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff were patient and friendly too. But the hotel smelled very strongly of weed throughout, and my spouse and I woke with headaches. Large gaps around the door let in light and the bad hallway smell. The bathroom needed a deep clean. There was lots of hair in the tub, and it smelled as if someone had just used it when we arrived around 11PM. The mattress was lumpy, the sheets felt like hospital bedding, and none of the three different pillows we tried were comfortable. Noise from the nearby highway and people in the hallway continued through the night.

The airport was farther from the hotel than I expected, though the trip was still reasonable, and it’s worth considering for an affordable night near the airport. I had a very nice king room on the 4th floor, with a lovely highway view, Wi-Fi, a nice bed, TV, and a well-maintained toilet. Reception was very nice, and I liked having a little shop on site for snacks or medication. Breakfast was lovely, with teas, coffees, juices, scrambled eggs, and sausage. A few oranges were nearly going bad, so the fruit selection could be better, but otherwise breakfast was great.

We were going through a difficult time and needed extra help, and the staff were understanding and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough, especially Lyah and Gee. As we were leaving the next day, Chevy kindly helped us print some documents. There’d been a small printer issue, and they apologized and assured us it would be fixed by our next visit. It was a great experience. I’d recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.

I had several rooms to book, and Gee at the front desk was extremely patient. She gave great customer service and made sure all my accommodations were handled. I appreciate La Quinta and will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and book now.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of easy-access parking. Everyone was friendly. G at the front desk kindly helped print our boarding passes. We’ll stay again.
