The breakfast room was cozy and clean, with a nice range of food and drinks. The pool and hot tub were spotless and both working well, and I loved the grills by the creek with tables for enjoying time outside. There’s a lot more to do here, too. My husband and I stayed just one night and were so pleased that we’re already planning to return in summer. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.

We had a dog with us, and the gated patio made it easy to take him out. The setting is beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, with a fireplace and kitchen. The bed was comfy, too. A freak snowstorm hit while we were there, but the roads were cleared fairly quickly. Great place!

It’s an older hotel, but they’ve clearly worked to keep the amenities clean, fresh, and modern. The comfortable beds and homey feel made for a cozy stay, and it’s a great base for Rocky Mountain National Park. We also loved the DVD selection and games available to borrow at the front office. Customer service was exceptional, too. What a delightful visit to Murphy's River Lodge!

HOSPITALITY!! We were here in the off-season, so it may be much busier at peak times, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Every employee we interacted with was wonderful, starting with the text messages after I booked and continuing throughout our stay. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful, and the woman looking after the breakfast area was warm and welcoming. It’s clear that guest care is central to the staff training and company vision. We’ll absolutely stay at Murphy's River Lodge again.

After the long drive from Texas, it was worth the trip. We stayed three days with our dogs and would definitely return. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony had a breathtaking view. The location worked perfectly, near both downtown and the national park. The staff were friendly and let us check in early so we could get some extra rest.
