We stayed Jan 1st-4th, and the employees were nice with decent customer service. A lot could still be improved, and I think management is mostly the problem. The rooms could be 100% cleaner. The beds and towels were clean, but the place needs a good deep clean every month. If that got done, it would also bring problems with the carpet, couch, and pull-out mattress to light. During breakfast hours, the employees gather in the dining area. Everyone needs a break, sure, but coming down half-awake for breakfast or before heading out and seeing staff laughing and gossiping about what's going on at the motel isn't what you want. The free WiFi didn't work. If you need to look something up, you'll have to use your phone data, since it wouldn't even connect to the WiFi. The staff were nice, but with proper management, this place could thrive.

We chose Eufaula for a stop on our way to Florida, and the Comfort Suites was right on the highway with a very low room rate. Our handicapped room had a couch, dual TVs, and all the usual amenities. It was very clean and had a great bed, and the free hot breakfast was really good too. Such a great pit stop that we stayed there again on the way back home.

That shower head was great, and the front desk clerk was a charm. She was filling in for an employee who hadn't shown up. That's about the only positive thing I can say. The tub had nasty stains, so we covered them with the mat, and the TV wouldn't work. Shampoo came in a container on top of the toilet. They knocked on our door at just 8:18 a.m. to ask if we were checking out, then again while we were trying to go to breakfast. At breakfast, the woman acted annoyed that we'd come to eat. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room had a decent size and layout. The location was convenient, but the bathroom was badly outdated, rusty, and dirty. The sink was clogged, and the room wasn't worth the price.

All the staff were warm and welcoming, and breakfast had a nice variety. The breakfast area was kept very tidy. We stayed one night, and our room was clean and ice cold when we arrived. I'd come back!
