The rooms were well equipped, and the beds and bedding were really comfortable. The kids liked the breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a brand new hotel and worked well for our quick flight layover. The shuttle was the one drawback. It only ran once an hour and stopped before 10 pm, so when our flight was delayed we couldn’t use it.

Great little plane! The hotel is brand new and very clean, with a super friendly, helpful staff. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance.

Our stay ended with us packing up and leaving immediately. The pillows smelled like sweaty bodies, the sheets seemed so smelly that we were glad our baby had his own place to sleep, and the shower walls were disgusting. We won't stay at this location again. The worst part happened early in the morning. At 6:30, someone from the staff tried to force our door open. My husband got up to check, but nobody was there. Then the person came back at 7, tried the door again, and kept knocking until we answered. The front desk said it was someone at the concierge desk who was trying to get in because of a “room check-in mess up.” We had a key that opened our room and even the hotel's back door, so I understand mistakes happen, but this was extremely frustrating. They didn't call our room before trying to get in, and they woke our baby. Show some respect and call before trying to barge in at 6:30 in the morning.

The continental breakfast was better than at other Holiday Inns I've stayed at, and the staff made for a great experience. The hotel is very, very clean and close to the airport. The shuttle stops at 11:30 pm, but Uber wasn't too bad. I'll stay here next time I'm stuck at DFW.
