The room looked just like the beautiful photos online, which was a welcome surprise. It was extremely nice, clean, sleek, and modern, with a vibe of its own. They clearly put a lot of effort and expense into making the rooms feel like an experience, and we were really impressed. The firmer memory-foam beds weren't my favorite, but they were pretty comfortable. There were extra blankets, the AC worked great, and the shower had perfect pressure and a great shower head. The water was hot. I don't know if the friendly, polite people we saw as we were leaving were owners or employees, but they even pointed us to an awesome nearby coffee spot. The rate was reasonable, too. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we're back in town.

The room was clean and nice, and they did get the cable working, but getting in was a mess. After I paid, I was told the room was available, then when I asked for a refund it suddenly was. The cable wasn't working at first, and when I asked a woman walking around trying room doors, she said she didn't know because the business had been outsourced and she was new. There's nobody in the office or around to talk to if you need help.

The room felt so cozy, and it looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was really convenient and it was easy to get there. The beds were super comfortable, and I always appreciate having a fridge and microwave in the room. We loved staying here and I'd absolutely recommend it.

I've stayed all over Eureka Springs, but I keep coming back here. The location puts you near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, and the rooms are modern, up to date, and have a big flat-screen TV and beds I can fall asleep on. It's clean, has the amenities I want, and the service is great for a very reasonable price. I've been staying here once a week for the past two years when I ride my motorcycle.

The room looked nice at first, but the sheets had blood stains, dirt, food crumbs, and hair all over them when we went to bed. The weather stripping around the door was practically missing, so you could hear everything outside. On arrival, our door code didn't work and we had to use another room that someone in our party had fortunately booked. Absolutely unacceptable.
