It felt secluded even though we were near everything, and after long days on the bike, the sauna and hot tub were wonderful on the cool nights. They had everything we needed. We had so much fun with the hint and hidden room, and loved the personal notes and cards. The personal touches and incredible hospitality made our weekend getaway; we weren't ready to leave. We love Universal, especially the Hogwarts areas, and the atmosphere here reminded us of that. The bed was a little firm, but we brought our own pillows and were quite comfortable. My only suggestions are Harry Potter themed music on the bedroom speakers and unscented laundry detergent. I have sinus issues, and the scent on the sheets left me a little stuffed up. We can't wait to come back!

The peaceful setting was just what we needed to unplug and relax, and staying here helped us reconnect and get back a spark we'd been missing. The Cottage was beautiful, and the hospitality from the moment we arrived made us feel truly welcome. We left refreshed and grateful, already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend it for a meaningful, relaxing getaway.

The cottage was adorable and clean, with thoughtful touches like snacks for arrival and a handwritten welcome note. Check-in was easy, and there was a trolley stop at the end of the drive, which made getting around town simple. The owners also shared their favorite restaurant recommendations. We had fun with the jet tub and sauna, and the area felt surprisingly quiet and secluded despite being close to everything. What a whimsical treat. I'd highly recommend these cottages to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.

The downtown tour was a highlight. Dennis, a local resident, was kind, shared some history and jokes, and suggested other things we could explore on our own. We also loved how secluded the area felt and got to watch deer nearby. The room was clean, check-in was easy, and we received a personalized honeymoon card, though I couldn’t find anyone in the office when I went looking for help. The bed was painfully hard and the pillows felt like paper mâché. My wife and I woke repeatedly and were so sore we could barely move, so we paid for another place after staying less than one night of our two-night booking. The staff couldn’t refund the $300 paid by gift certificate, only the extra $19 we’d paid ourselves, and we also spent $200 on the replacement stay. That was really upsetting. If a comfortable bed matters to you, this room may not work. I’ve changed my rating from two stars to four because the manager contacted me, apologized, and went out of her way to make things right. There wasn’t a manager on duty that weekend, and our situation was unusual. I hope the bed gets replaced soon. I saw just one other complaint about it, so maybe ours was a rare case.
