Johana, who I believe is the manager, treated my best friend and me with such kindness. She went beyond what we expected and made us feel like family. The room was very clean, and check-in and check-out were seamless. I highly recommend the Regency for an overnight visit or a vacation in Eureka Springs, and I'll stay here on future trips. Thank you again! James 🙏🏽💯🙌🏾♥️

The rooms weren't fancy, but they were extremely clean and well stocked, and the area was quiet with no road noise. In my experience, the staff here are the best I've ever encountered at a hotel. I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

We had an amazing time here with our church group. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The couple who run the place really touched each of us, and we felt we were in good hands. God bless them both!

We were a group of 26 visiting during a very busy time of the season, and Joe and Johana went out of their way to get rooms for all of us. They also arranged our tickets to the “Passion Play” and the buffet. Whenever we needed anything, they did more than we expected to help. We'd highly recommend “The Regency Inn” of Eureka Springs.

This felt like a typical hotel from the 60s or 70s, a little worn around the edges. Still, the operators are doing a good job keeping it maintained and clean. Everything worked properly and was adequate.
