I barely got any rest because it was noisy all night. The room also seemed worn, and I noticed cleanliness problems as soon as I checked in, which made me uncomfortable. I’d hoped this place would be better. It could use a refresh to make staying here more pleasant.

I’ve stayed here several times for work. The location is great, and the rooms are clean, with hot showers and really comfortable beds. Breakfast is awesome, too. The staff are very polite. The TV is large and isn’t locked down, so you can plug in a console or Fire Stick.

The cracked long mirror became a real concern when my little child spotted it and pulled out a chunk of glass. The exterior doors are also very heavy and can slip out of your hand as they shut, so people going up and down the hall made a lot of noise at night. The pullout couch was extremely dirty, its mattress was barely usable, and there were no sheets for it. We were given only two large towels for my family. Breakfast was decent, but the menu stayed the same, and after three mornings I was tired of it. I was disappointed by the layout. The photos showed a door between the suite and the room, and there used to be one, but it was removed during a remodel. I was traveling with small children and had expected that separation. The tub drained very badly, although the shower was nice and hot. The bathroom had just one light setting, and it was painfully bright early in the morning. My bed smelled of smoke and reeked of MJ. There were stains on the duvet and on the box spring around the bed. The room had two TVs, but one took 15 minutes to load before it would turn on and reach live TV. During my stay, the third floor smelled like something was on fire, probably because someone burned something in a microwave. I called the front desk about it.

We paid only $74 a night, and the hotel was clean and nice for the price. There’s no reason to pay more for rooms across the Lloyd Expressway when you can stay in the same general area at this price. We spent two nights here and enjoyed the generous breakfast both mornings. The room was very clean, and the furnishings were current and in good condition. They welcomed our little pup, too, and accommodated anything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about the place.
