The front desk ladies have always been super friendly and helpful. People mostly keep to themselves, so I haven’t had any problems. And no bugs! The rooms could use some updating, but they’re not bad at all. There’s an apartment-size fridge, which is handy for groceries. My main complaint is the $70 extra per week for bringing my cat. That feels like a lot.

I found the staff friendly, and I’d stay here again. The first room I was assigned hadn’t been cleaned, apparently because of a mix-up in their system. The front desk woman apologized and switched me to another room quickly. The replacement room was fine. I didn’t see signs of roaches, though other reviews mention them. Some walls were stained or damaged, but it wasn’t enough to make the room feel unclean. Looking back, this property seems geared more toward extended stays than one-night visits like mine. Shampoo wasn’t provided, and I wish I’d known so I could bring my own. I managed to get soap at a nearby drugstore.

This place is basically the city’s slums, and they’re asking $65 a night. I chose to sleep in my vehicle at Walmart instead. One Life? Exactly, and I’m not wasting mine here.

It’s worth the money for the room and for the nearby places where you can get things we all need. It’s still better than other rooms at a similar price, all things considered, but don’t expect much respect here. I’d advise keeping to yourself as much as possible and only talking to people when you need to. My partner was banned after the person overseeing breakfast was disrespectfully checking me out. My partner got mad and called him outside. The counter clerk blacklisted him, and we didn’t know about it at the time. 🙄🥸🤩😵🥴🙃🤘😎🥳
