A Texas sandstorm caught me while I was riding through on my adventure bike, and this place gave me a welcome break. Room 106 was clean and had what I needed: a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV with all channels, bathtub and shower, working AC, bright new LED lights, and a reasonably comfortable bed. The place is next to a noisy truck stop with Chester's chicken, but running the AC fan on low kept the truck noise from bothering me. I slept well and would gladly stay again. The price was $85 plus 18% tax, or $99 total.

Traveling on I-10 from Arizona to Georgia, I needed a place to rest and was glad to find this room. It was clean, with clean sheets, hot water, and cool A/C.

No one answered the phone for two days, so we booked online. When we showed up to check in, the owner was really rude and kicked us out just because we wanted to confirm that we’d already paid.

The workers were really friendly, and the motel was clean and suited what I needed at the time. It’s next to a hotdog restaurant and a convenience store for truckers. When it started raining, water dripped through the ceiling into my room. I called to report it, and they came right away and offered me another room. I was too tired to move, though. It wasn’t a bad stay.

I think this place may be out of business. We never even made it there because the phone number was disconnected, so there was no way to contact them. Now I believe the earlier comments about the place. We’ll pass.
