Trailway Motel

I saw roaches, and the mattresses seemed really old. The coat rack shelf looked like it was about to fall. Only one staff member was friendly. The rooms weren't very good, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

This place is trash. I tried to stay overnight but was turned away, and the owner called the police, claiming I had kids in a king room. I had booked a double bed online. After refusing me the room, the owner also wouldn't give me a refund. I still haven't received my money back or gotten to stay there. I'll be fighting to get it back through my bank and in court if I have to. Don't book through Hopper or Priceline. The owner will get mad, come up with a reason, and keep your money. What happened to me was wrong. The place is a piece of trash anyway.

The beds were awful, more like cots with hard rails that scratched my legs every time I got up. The toilet kept clogging, and they leave plungers outside for guests to use. On top of that, staff were EXTRA rude. Four different people came knocking at my door for no reason, and the cleaning lady tried to barge in after I told her no. OUCH. It was a terrible experience, and they really should close.

I hope this place shuts down. The older woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She came over and said, “What do you want!?” then threw my receipt at me. She doesn’t know how to speak to or treat people.
