The rooms are spacious, and the kitchens have what you need to make meals. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms super clean. The front desk agents were really friendly, too. This is a great hotel.

I booked a dog-friendly room through Expedia, but when I arrived, none were available. I had already paid and still wasn't given a room or a refund, so I had to find another room at the last minute, just hours before my event. It's been three days, with several calls to the hotel. Both managers have been away or unable to help, and they haven't responded to Expedia's emails. Expedia says it can't return my money without the hotel's approval. It would only take a simple click. I paid, couldn't check in, and got no refund. The managers have been very difficult to deal with. I'll avoid this hotel and Expedia for future stays in Fayetteville. What a waste of time and money. This didn't need to be so difficult.

We booked the room on the spot, and the staff were so sweet and professional. The next day at checkout, Jerry gave us one of the best customer service experiences I've had. She was a delight, and I'll definitely be back. I had such a lovely stay, with clean rooms and a modern, relaxing setup.

The room had been nicely remodeled and was in a great location in Fayetteville. I slept really well in the soft, comfortable bed, and enjoyed the coffee and amenities. The front desk service was wonderful, exceptionally good.
