La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fayetteville I-95

Amelia at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, though every light was a super-bright LED. Softer lighting would be much nicer. We left before breakfast, but it looks like good value for the room price. The workout room also looked large and well equipped, though I didn't use it. Right off I-95, with places to eat within walking distance. The pet fee of $25 per pet is very reasonable.

We arrived around 8:30, and the front desk person was really sweet and friendly. The room was nice, and the bed and pillow felt just right for me, neither too soft nor too firm. The shower had hot water and just the right pressure, plus there were plenty of USB charging ports. Breakfast was simple: cornflakes, eggs, milk, yogurt, waffles, apple juice, fruit, and so on. It was just what we needed before continuing our long trip.

There was a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and early check-in cost only $15 extra, which was well worth it. My room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the laundry room was clean and affordable. I could park my truck on the street, and there's also a dirt lot for a semi truck and trailer.

The recently updated room made this a pleasant surprise. We were traveling with our small dog and decided to try La Quinta since pets were welcome. Compared with other pet friendly places, it was a cut above. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus too.
