We ended our evenings unwinding by the large outdoor firepit, which was perfect for the team. I picked this Marriott for our team meeting because it was convenient, but the service kept impressing us all week. The rooms were spotless and worked well, and the Bistro team were friendly and provided great service. Elaine deserves a special thank you. She handled our conference room booking and logistics with real professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. As a frequent Marriott guest, I'd put this property among the best in the portfolio. Highly recommend it for travelers or professional gatherings.

Since this location was bought out three years ago, they've started charging $10 for parking. Why are Titanium members being charged to park now? On top of that, my room smelled like a high school gym locker. As a long-standing Titanium member, I'd rank this Marriott near the bottom. There are much better options nearby, so don't stay here.

The suite was decent, and the in-room amenities were nice. I only got to stay one night, which wasn't enough. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in town for business.

The TV in my room was hard to work, and everything was shut down. Things happen, but this wasn't the usual Courtyard Marriott experience for me. Most of the staff seemed inhospitable and didn't really care. I didn't feel the warmth and welcome I've had at all my other stays.

The one bright spot was the yummy coffee shop across the street. Otherwise, this Marriott stay was pretty disappointing. The indoor pool is never heated, so nobody used it, and the TV in room 300 is fuzzy with a pink tint where the screen should be white. The restaurant hasn't had a working fridge in over a month, and the water spigot doesn't work, so you have to buy water or drink from the sink. Staff could use hospitality training too. We checked in at 1430 on 1/2/26, and nobody was at the front desk. Two minutes later I said hello, and a disheveled-looking woman came out from the back, seeming pretty sour. Sorry I interrupted her.
