The breakfast area was packed, apparently with a whole college baseball team staying here, but the tables and floor were clean. Jessica from the front desk even pitched in to keep things running smoothly. I took a couple of pictures this morning, and the second one shows how the front desk engages with guests, making eye contact and being expressive. I've been a Hilton Honors member since 2015 and stayed at Hilton properties across the US and Europe. This location is hands down the friendliest and most amazing one I've experienced. Jessica at the desk is welcoming, soft-spoken, respectful, and professional, always ready to answer questions or sort out issues. Teri in the breakfast area is just as welcoming and good at her job. I heard her training Erica, a new employee, with incredible attention to detail. Teri clearly cares about her work and treats the place like her own home. I haven't met the housekeepers or maintenance staff, but everyone I've passed in the hall has smiled and said hello or good morning. It runs like a well-oiled machine and still feels like home and family. What an amazing experience!

All the staff were friendly, and Miley was especially helpful. At 5 a.m. on Memorial Day weekend, we stopped while driving from Texas to West Palm Beach, hoping to find a room for just a few hours of sleep. The hotel was booked, but Miley worked a miracle and got us a room. She was amazing. Thank you!

The breakfast had a great range of choices and was well stocked and organized. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful the whole time, and our room was fresh, very clean, and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was very pleased with the hospitality and overall experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton Pensacola I-10 at North Davis Hwy. I'll definitely return on future trips to Pensacola.

I've been here seven weeks for work, with three more to go, and I'm really glad this is where I ended up. The service is what sets this place apart. After about nine hours driving from Houston, my wife and I were exhausted and looking for a room. Home 2 was one of the few places with availability, though it was a bit above what we wanted to spend. Miley welcomed me so kindly and suggested what I needed. I wouldn't have gotten a good night's rest without her. Thanks so much, Miley!
