Ramada Inn Bayview

I left my Apple Watch in the room by accident when I checked out, then returned about three hours later. The team checked lost and found and managed to get it back to me, which I really appreciated. My room had also been clean and well kept, so I had a pleasant, comfortable stay. Great help from the staff.

We drove 1800 miles to stay here and found cockroaches in the room, mold in the shower, and people smoking in the hallways. We lasted less than ten minutes before leaving. They also took a $150 deposit for each of our two rooms, and it's still not back after two weeks. As a Choice Privileges member, this has me regretting signing up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here.

The price seemed okay, but I guess that fits the kind of environment this is. While checking in, the hotel looked pretty nice. Once we got to the room, though, it smelled awful, like bleach or cleaning products had been used to cover something up. None of the three vending machines worked, and I could hear "personal" things happening in the halls. Outside our room there was an alcohol and Marijuana smell. I personally don't recommend staying here.

Finding a termite and a cockroach made me look harder at the hotel's condition. There are broken or partly broken things throughout, dirty areas, damaged floors, and a stained ceiling, among plenty of other problems. The outside doors have gaps big enough for more than bugs to get through. I also saw expired food, and if you're first there the next day, I'm sure some of it is food saved from the day before and reheated. Stay at your own risk. I don't recommend it.
