Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Findlay, OH

There were seven of us, and the place was spacious, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of places for everyone to sit or sleep. The staff were so kind to us and welcomed my boyfriend’s service dog. She’s 13 and retiring, so she really deserved some time to relax. It was sad to leave, but we’ll keep booking whenever we can. The customer service was great, and I have nothing bad to say. Our stay was amazing, and I highly recommend it.

We were passing through and needed one night, and the King Room worked out great. There was plenty of space for luggage, plus a desk, credenza, and makeup counter with a mirror and lighting outside the bathroom. That setup meant one person could get ready while another used the bathroom. I’m so often annoyed when the only mirror is in the bathroom, so I appreciated this. The bathroom itself was well appointed, and everything in the room worked. The furniture and chairs were all usable, too. I wiped everything down with my Lysol disinfectant wipes, and it was clean, which matters to me when travelling since Covid. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Amy, who was in charge of the complimentary breakfast. Thank you, Country Inn & Suites, for keeping the room comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Happy travels, everyone!

I’m VERY picky about hotels, and Country Inn and Suites in Findlay impressed me. The room was clean, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the hallways, elevator, and lobby were all clean and well looked after. Breakfast was hot, and Amy, who tended to it, was friendly, helpful, and very nice. We have family in Findlay, so we’ll stay here again.

The hotel is in a quiet spot near dining and shopping, and we highly recommend it. Our party of four had a great fit in the family suite. We mainly interacted with the breakfast staff, who were very nice. The pool was under maintenance, but we hadn’t planned to use it, so it didn’t affect our stay.
