They overbooked our friend, so our group got two rooms instead of the three we'd planned. We were meant to check in at 3 but couldn't get to our room until nearly 4, even though we had a wedding at 4. The front desk manager waived our fee because of the late check-in and made sure at least one room was ready as soon as possible so we could leave for the wedding on time. Back at the hotel, one key card didn't work. We also found a trash can without a liner, mud clumps in the hall, an open window, stained sheets, no soap, and a door that was very hard to close. The pool was closed because something was broken, and it was the only reason we chose this hotel. There was no stove, although the photos showed one and we'd planned to cook, and no sheets for the pullout couch even though we'd told them we'd need it after our friend's booking was lost. Do not recommend. This hotel is trash.

My reservation was canceled without warning, and I was left without a room. The facility won't help refund a stay that never happened. Kari told me to call corporate but couldn't give me a phone number because the system was down. Corporate said the facility had to issue the refund and told me to call them. All the finger-pointing and being passed around is exhausting. It feels like they stay in business by taking customers' money.

The room was plainly dirty, and the pool looked scary. Water got all over the floor because the shower curtain didn't hold it in. The internet was horrible and only worked in the front room. The refrigerator barely cooled, and there was no soap or shampoo until I went back to the office to ask. Breakfast was just a basket of muffins and coffee. For an extended-stay hotel, it was missing the basics: no pans, dishes, flatware, or even a glass.

For $78.00 on a Friday night, I got a clean, very large room with a kitchen, and everything worked. I was very satisfied with it. This is an extended stay motel, a former Motel 6 that's now owned by OYO. The elevator was broken the morning I checked out, and someone was asleep on the couch in reception. Apart from that, at this price I don't think you can lose.
