Hampton Inn Greenville I-385 - Woodruff Rd.

The pet area was excellent, but the rest of our stay didn't quite match what we've come to expect from other Hampton Inns. The first floor had an odd smell, and its hallway needed vacuuming. Breakfast wasn't bad, just below the standard we've experienced at other Hampton Inns. For us, the hotel was okay, though not quite up to expectations.

The staff and leadership really stood out, and the location couldn't have worked better for us. Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and the complimentary toiletries were some of the nicest I've seen.

The breakfast was delicious and well stocked, and the hotel was clean, well lit, and close to our event, restaurants, and shops. I would have felt fine walking there with both kids if the weather had cooperated. When our event was cancelled at the last minute because the weather turned bad, the staff answered my questions and helped us out. Jenn at the front desk was wonderful from check-in through checkout and kept asking what else I needed. Chantal was also so kind and helpful with my questions about the stay. The price was reasonable, and I've rarely met a more helpful team. Five stars from me, and I hope to stay again.

Our reservation had been cancelled, and the manager spent nearly an hour helping us sort it out. The hospitality from her and the rest of the staff was wonderful. I can't thank them enough!
