We especially liked the patio out front, where the fire pit made a relaxing spot to sit with friends in the evening. Inside, the room was beautiful and comfortable, with a gas fireplace that made it feel cozy for a mountain break. The bed, mattress and bedding were all great, and the bathroom had lovely tile and a shower with strong water pressure after a day exploring. Check-in was a good start to the stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and seemed to care about guests having a nice visit. My husband and I came up from Phoenix for a simple weekend away, and the Bespoke Inn made it even better. We had a wonderful, restful getaway and will absolutely stay here again next time we're up from Phoenix.

The Bespoke Inn is a beautiful old building, and downtown Flagstaff is an easy walk away. Check-in was a breeze, and having coffee and tea in the room was great. It's an OLD place, so the heating or cooling may have its quirks, but nothing that would get in the way of a trip. I'd skip the chains in Flag and stay here.

This is our new standard for comparing hotels and inns. My husband and I spent two nights in the Marcelle and Olive room, which was one of the best places we've stayed. It was spacious, clean, nicely furnished and full of thoughtful details. We were on the second floor and it was very quiet. A few hours before check-in, we got a text saying the room was ready along with the access information. We didn't need the early check-in, but appreciated being told. The location was great for walking around downtown, and we could drive when we needed to. We barely interacted with staff. Check-in and checkout were self-service, and our room's location meant we didn't really use the main foyer. That suited me personally, though others may feel differently. We ran into someone doing housekeeping, who kindly brought the extra waters we asked for. One thing to know: the flat touch-screen door lock might be hard to use for someone with a visual impairment. We absolutely loved the place.

We were in the lovely Enzo and Marguerite room for one night. It was large, charming and nicely decorated, and the gas fireplace was a nice feature. But we were told that the fireplace was the room's only heat source, even though there was baseboard heating installed that seemed no longer operational. It was a very cold night and morning, and the fireplace couldn't keep the room above 68 degrees according to its remote. I was worried about leaving it on all night, so I didn't sleep much.

Over 3,600 miles of travel, this was one of our best rooms. We usually spend $250-350 a night and get nice places, but this one was better. It was clean, thoughtfully appointed and well designed, with enough warmth on a cold day. The pillows were good too. The neighborhood has nice homes, and downtown is walkable. On paper I kept thinking it was a B&B, but it wasn't. I'm not quick to hand out gold stars, and this one earned them all.
