The beds were super comfortable, though the mattress was a little soft, so keep that in mind. Reception staff were friendly, and there was ice, a vending machine, laundry facilities, and WiFi with a stable connection during my stay. The rooms had what I needed. The tap and shower water got warm or hot right away, and the shower pressure was great. The TV showed “no signal,” but that didn’t bother me. Light sleepers should know the railroad tracks are nearby. Long freight trains thunder along them around the clock, and you might hear them. Despite the negative reviews, I didn’t find the place bad at all.

The rooms smelled musty and looked dingy and dirty, and the price is high for what you get. There was no bedspread, the pillows had no covers, the fridge didn’t work, and the TV was broken. Our room was at the back, and the door looked as if someone had broken in. The coffee maker looked like it had been used for cooking drugs. The microwave was dirty and missing the front of its door. The whole place is falling apart and, to me, the worst hotel I’ve seen. Staff were unwelcoming and had an attitude about everything. I give it a zero 🤬👎.

The only positive was a comfortable bed. The young woman at the desk was nice, but I’d give the hotel a negative star if I could. I paid $160 and was disgusted that a Wyndham member property could be in this condition. There were holes in the concrete on the way to the room, and the towel bar and toilet paper holder had been torn off the walls with no repairs. The carpet by the front door was ripped. Above the tub, the ceiling had apparently had a bad leak, leaving hanging, dark drywall, and there was mold on the caulking. The heater barely warmed the room even on high. Check this place out before booking. I called DaysInn; they were full but offered to help find another room for the night. If I’d left after seeing the room, I would still have been charged.

I booked through Hotel Tonight for $84, arrived, and was handed a room key. Although all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, mine reeked of cigarettes, with burn holes in the curtains and carpet. It was filthy and unacceptable, even for an $84 motel room. When I asked the front desk for another room, the manager was extremely rude, said it wasn’t her problem, and told me I could pay more to move to one with less cigarette smell and better cleanliness. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and motels, and never had customer service this awful. I also saw reviews mentioning bedbug issues, another reason to avoid the place. What a disaster. Don’t waste your time or money.
