The staff I met were welcoming, and the location is a real plus, close to attractions, restaurants, and transport. The property seems to have good bones, so it’s frustrating that the basics were overlooked. There was a strong cigarette smell throughout, including in non-smoking areas. I also noticed mold on the ceiling, sticky floors, dirty mirrors and surfaces, dusty corners, worn linens, and trash that hadn’t been emptied. Together, these made the rooms feel unkempt and not thoroughly checked before guests arrive. These problems seem manageable with more careful housekeeping, room inspections, and attention to air quality. I hope management takes the feedback seriously. The place has potential, but cleanliness and maintenance need more attention.

In room 215, the floors were so dirty you could make out shoe tread marks. The sheets were stained, including a cover with feces on it, and the smoke alarm kept going off. We were told there were no other rooms, but then moved to 230, where the floors were sticky and the sheets were stained too. We got fresh sheets and had to make the beds ourselves. Zero stars would fit.

The housekeepers were nice, but the hotel had roaches and bedbugs and wasn’t sanitary. Even after I showed proof, the manager refused to refund me. Don’t stay here.

Nicky at the front desk was so sweet and helpful the whole time. I arrived stressed while on vacation to see family, and her kindness brightened my day, honestly my whole year. The woman working at 12 was rude. I said there was no coffee and she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Nicky, with that beautiful smile, deserves a raise. Awesome customer service, thank you!
