Hampton Inn Hinesville

The dolphin fountain out front was lovely, and we’d happily stay here again. Our time at the Hampton Inn in Hinesville, Georgia was wonderful. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and welcoming, and the team went out of its way to make us comfortable. A special thanks to Dennis, the breakfast server and omelet master. His omelets were among the tastiest we’ve had, and his positive energy, personality, and hard work made breakfast memorable. He brought smiles to our mornings every day.

We were passing through and stayed the night. The renovated hotel was very clean, and our room was cozy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was the one letdown: choices were limited because some items weren’t replenished. I only had coffee and left hungry.

The breakfast was fresh and good each day, the rooms were clean, and housekeeping was on point. Parking was limited, but the staff told us at check-in and explained there was a backup place. Everyone had a great attitude, smiled, and worked well together. My family chose this hotel after a very bad situation elsewhere, and David at the front desk was professional, attentive, and helpful while assisting three families at once. The breakfast area worker, whose name I didn’t catch, went above and beyond for my granddaughter and made her day. She kept saying, “he gave me toys grandma!!!” Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back. 20/10 ⭐

I’ve stayed at lots of Hampton Inns for work, and this one is the best by far. It’s clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly. Dennis especially stands out: he greets every guest in the morning and clearly takes customer service seriously. Other Hampton Inns could learn from his hospitality.
