We’re never coming back. The place is old and needs updating, and the air conditioner is ancient and loud. It either freezes you or leaves you hot, with no comfortable middle. The beds are awful, and the WiFi didn’t work at all, so I couldn’t watch anything on my Roku. The TV looked like it should work, but the picture was so fuzzy it felt like an old 90's set, and there were barely any channels, with no movie channels. The other guests made the stay worse. People hung around the parking lot watching us, and some kept their doors open and sat in the living room staring as we walked by or loaded and unloaded the car. They sat on the balconies and took our chairs. Little kids ran around unsupervised at all hours, making awful noise. Good luck sleeping. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head, and even that didn’t help enough. Asking for a late checkout also got us a charge of $50 per every half hour. That’s shocking and not worth it for this place. Never again.

The property was fine, with typical timeshare accommodations, but the employees made my stay great. Tom at the front desk answered all my questions with a great attitude. Paul, who I think was maintenance, noticed plastic hanging from my car and immediately offered to secure it with a zip tie. He did it right away. Thanks to them for making my stay special.

Everything was very clean and welcoming. The location made it easy to get around to the attractions, and Captain Parker's Pub, famous for its clam chowder, is right across the street. 👍

The grounds are well kept, and the place is clean, with very friendly workers. It’s in a great location. I’d definitely visit and stay again!
