We’ll definitely come back after our first visit to the Cape. We spent a long weekend here with our two senior dogs, who each got a little bag of dog cookies at check-in. The owners were on site and quick to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had lots to choose from, the beds were comfortable, and our room was clean. In the evenings, the fire pit was lit and it was lovely to sit around and chat with the other guests.

The veranda was a lovely place to unwind, with plenty of room and fire pits that made it inviting both day and night. We also appreciated the pool, picnic spot with a grill, swingset, and especially the dog park for our 13-year-old pup. Our spacious, clean king room was comfortable, and we could park right outside. Breakfast had much more variety than a usual continental spread. The owners were warm and attentive, even calling when we’d left something behind. It’s a peaceful spot close to Hyannis and Dennis. We had a great two-night getaway and would come back.

Even during a very quiet stretch, the owner made sure we had a fresh breakfast set out with care. She really looks after her guests and wants them to feel happy and comfortable, rather than just handling the booking. The family running this charming little hotel is friendly, hardworking, and accommodating. There’s love and attention to detail everywhere. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

It’s tucked just off Route 28, close to the busy area without having to be in the middle of it. That, along with how friendly the staff and other guests were, made the place feel especially cozy. There was always a cheerful hello or good morning. The grounds are beautifully kept, with lots of green space, fresh flowers, and small spots to sit. The veranda looks almost like a botanical garden, and at night the hanging white lights make it feel magical. There are fire pits, games, coloring, and blankets if you get chilly. The pool was clear and clean, and the big lawn was freshly mowed. Dogs are welcome, with a dog park and toys for them. Breakfast had something for all kinds of tastes and diets: bagels, waffles, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, nuts, plus latte machines, coffee, and juice. Our room was cute, very clean, and had a European minimalist feel. You can tell a lot of heart has gone into this hidden gem. I’d recommend it and would absolutely stay again.

Pets are welcome, and there’s a small dog park along with a huge backyard. There is a $50 daily cleaning fee for pets. A continental breakfast is included if you book through booking.com, or available for an additional fee otherwise. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The pool, BBQ area, gazebo, and delightful firepit all add to the relaxed, quiet feel.
