The front desk young man was polite and tried to help, but the rooms were a mess. Both had stained, very uncomfortable couches and badly wrinkled curtains. In the first room, the remote didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush, so I was moved. The remote in the new room was broken too, and its phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t call the front desk. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We paid $280 for our stay during a softball tournament, October 17-19, 2025, and I won’t be coming back. The front desk receptionist was very nice, apologized, and moved us when we complained that our first room had no phone or smoke detector, exposed wires, a large stain that ran from the box spring onto the mattress, and no linens for the sofa bed. The replacement had a phone and smoke detector, but there was a dirty sock by the bed and a very old hash brown in a McDonald bag beneath the pullout sofa. Neither our floor’s ice machine nor the one upstairs worked. We also had no toilet paper; a housekeeper didn’t understand what I was asking for, so I went to the desk to get some. The pool was closed when we arrived Friday, though our reservation hadn’t said it would be. I left my name and number for the general manager to call, but haven’t heard anything. The cleanliness and hospitality were disgusting, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or its branch to anyone.

The condition of the hotel was deplorable. There were smudges and fingerprints everywhere, torn curtains, broken furniture, and a strange smell. The halls, elevator, and even the ceilings looked filthy, so when they offered another room, I didn’t think it would be any better. I took photos in case I needed them for a credit card dispute and left. The front desk clerk was wonderful, kind, welcoming, professional, and very apologetic. I felt bad that an employee had to be embarrassed by things outside his control. The location and service are good, but the place itself looked like a crime scene. I wish I could post the pictures.

Room 339 had so much road noise that it stood out, and the pillows went flat quickly. The rooms are dated, though renovations are underway, and they’re about what you’d expect at a Sleep Inn. The staff were amazing, the lot was well lit and felt safe, and for what I paid I’d stay again, especially with the full renovation coming. Fine for a safe night or two, but I wouldn’t plan a longer stay.
