New American Inn and Suites

Last month they took a $20 key deposit. I left at 5am, when nobody was in the office, and slid the key through the window opening, but never got the deposit back. Today they wanted another one. When I said they still owed me the first $20, they refused to refund it and insisted on another deposit. It seems to be only the female staff member who charges it, not the men. I don't trust them.

I didn't feel safe and left after just 30 minutes. The place was very dirty, from the walls and door to the AC and towels, and the customer service was really poor. I only stayed because everywhere else was sold out.

The room was so gross that we left. There were cockroaches, some dead and some alive, the furniture was coming off the wall, and the bed had cigarette burns. The owners refused when I asked for a refund. The online pictures are deceiving. This property is an absolute dump.

The price was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. I took my son and a friend here to stay the night. The woman managing things at night was kind and respectful, but when I came back the next day to rebook for my son, the man at the window, who I assume was her husband, was rude and disrespectful with no manners. I don't know why he was so nasty. I wouldn't recommend staying here. His customer service was awful.
