We spend every winter here, from Nov 1-March 31. The park is quiet and peaceful, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. There’s an artist colony here too, with classes led by residents. We’re surrounded by Sonoran dessert plants, saguaros, chollas, lemon trees, barrel cactus, and more. THE NEW MANAGERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KIND, AND THEY HAVE GREAT PLANS FOR OUR PARK. Come join us.

The clubhouse feels like stepping into a friend’s home, and the whole park is kept so clean. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and they were very accommodating. We’ll definitely be back next year. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Everyone on staff was amazing, and I can’t say enough about how grateful we are for all their help. I only caught Matt’s name, but the lady at the desk was also really nice and helpful. They were both wonderful.

We tried to rent a space for full-time living, but they wouldn’t rent to us. The rule is a maximum of two kids, and we have two right now. My wife is pregnant, though the baby isn’t due for another 5 months. It’s hard to find options for families who don’t qualify for 55+.

A nice, clean, quiet RV park near florance. We took our Side by side to box canyon, mostly on trails leading to the canyon.
