The room setup and beds were the best we’ve found for sleeping six in one room. The price was great for what we got, and breakfast was great too. All three front desk women we dealt with were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The young woman at check-in greeted me with a bright, friendly welcome. The breakfast server was kind and helpful, and kept the buffet stocked. Getting to the freeways, highways, and airport was easy, with a variety of restaurants, eateries, and shopping just blocks away. It was a great stay for me.

The room itself is excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable, with an awesome bed. But I can’t get past how the desk host greeted me, and I won’t stay here again. My flight was delayed three times because of weather, so I arrived four hours later than expected, exhausted from traveling, with more flights the next day. I’m a Bonvoy member and had checked in on my phone the day before. After buzzing me inside, the man asked in an annoyed tone what I was doing. I explained the delay and that I already had a reservation. He replied, almost gleefully, “Not now you don’t.” It felt like he was mocking my situation. I gave my last name and pointed out I’d already checked in, and there was a key with my name on it waiting on the desk. Mocking a guest after a rough journey was beyond unprofessional.

I had two room charges after booking through booking.com: the site charged me, then the front desk charged my card again when I arrived, supposedly for incidentals. They said they couldn’t credit the duplicate because the booking.com codes didn’t work, even though I had both receipts. There was also a $4.95 incidental charge, and no one could explain it. With so many other places to choose from, I’d stay elsewhere.
