The heated pool was a bright spot, and it was very nice. The room, however, was cold, and I couldn't get the hotel's Wi-Fi working despite trying several times, including forgetting the network and reconnecting. My sister managed to get online, but I couldn't. AT&T reception inside was extremely weak too. With no extra bedding and such poor connections, I wound up sleeping in my car because I was more comfortable there. The hotel was almost sold out, so I understand there wasn't much choice. Our group got a king room for three adults, and we asked twice for extra pillows and blankets. The first time, the staff member said they were alone and it would take a few minutes, which was understandable, but nothing ever came. I went to the car for my own throw. Later the lobby was empty, and I saw a man folding sheets in what looked like a conference room, but nobody followed up. I know weekends can be busy and staffing can be hard, but ignoring a simple request and the connectivity problems made this frustrating. I'll NEVER give them another dollar.

The room and suite were clean and just right for our weekend, and the housekeepers and other staff were nice. We were in town for a gymnastics competition, and the location worked well, close to outlets, restaurants, coffee shops, and around 20-25 minutes from the beach. Anthony R was leading the front desk over the weekend and was a standout. He was welcoming, professional, attentive, and quick to help. Whenever we passed through the lobby, he was waving or greeting people. My seven-year-old even said, "Mr. Anthony is so nice! He's awesome!" Kids notice these things. He's a real asset to the hotel and deserves a raise or promotion. We'd happily stay again when we're in the area. Thanks y'all for a great visit.

The fire pit was such a nice way to finish each day, and the facility was very clean and centrally located. Everyone at the Cobblestone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Thanks to Anthony, Crystal, Carlos, Kris, and all the other staff for making us feel right at home. We'll book again soon!

Breakfast had a good selection of fresh options and was a great start to the day. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the deposit was released just minutes after checkout, which felt transparent and easy. Check-in was smooth, and Anthony at the front desk was warm, professional, and especially kind to our dog. He even gave her a treat, which made us feel at home right away. We had a wonderful stay at Cobblestone Hotel & Suites – Foley and would gladly come back. Great service, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5.

Room 208 was clean, and I have no complaints about its condition. But I would like a detailed explanation of the charges. We reserved a queen room through Booking.com for April 7-9 for $268.94 and gave the front desk our confirmation code at check-in. The reservation apparently wasn't taken into account, and we were told to pay $368.94. That is what we were charged, rather than the original amount. We also checked out early, on April 8, and were then charged an additional $134.47, which the front desk said was a cleaning fee. This charge hadn't been disclosed beforehand, and the total charges weren't clearly established. Please explain why the amount was higher.
