The rooms are clean and spacious, with smart TVs and small kitchens that include full-size fridges. Service has been consistently wonderful, and a shout-out to Joseph and Abby! We will be back. We tried several other places before settling on this as our go-to around Franklin-Nash. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the rooms are in the middle of renovations to make them even better.

The breakfast was outstanding, with hard-boiled eggs, fried eggs, cheese omelets, pork and turkey sausages, fresh cheeses, and sandwich sauces. It’s the best selection I’ve seen for an included breakfast. The exercise room and indoor pool were very nice, though there’s no hot tub. The only thing I didn’t care for was the luggage carts. They’re fine for a couple of suitcases, not so useful for shopping bags. Our room was spacious, the bed firm but comfortable, and the shower roomy. There was a full kitchen with plenty of plates and silverware, a full-size fridge, and a microwave. Staff were courteous and helpful, and there are lots of places to eat in the Cool Springs area within a five-minute drive. We stayed one night on the way to a wedding in Atlanta, then two more nights on the way back. We’ve stayed in a lot of Nashville hotels over the years, but this is our new favorite.

After a whole week of losing power off and on during an ice storm in Brentwood, TN, I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating Erin was about what I needed. The front desk receptionist was amazing. The hotel was very clean and exceptionally well run. A must-stay for sure. Thank you, Erin, for a great experience!

The kids had a good time in the pool, and the room was clean. The staff were really friendly too. Breakfast was about what you'd expect at a hotel, but the setup was chaotic. Even with only around five people getting food in the lobby, we kept getting in one another's way. I was also annoyed there weren't any sheets for the sofa bed.
