This happy little place is off the beaten path, and you get a lot for your stay. The rooms and all the shared areas were super clean, and we enjoyed riding the bikes. Breakfast was complimentary and not the usual: there was always a homemade casserole, fresh eggs and sausage every day, plus coffee and juice, bagels and cereal. Happy hour was delightful too. The staff radiate Southern hospitality, and there was music playing as we drove onto the property. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend it!

We planned to stay one night, but loved it enough to book another. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and felt like a home away from home. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We absolutely love it here and will stay again next time we're in the area.

I'd been coming to Folly for years without knowing about Waters Edge Inn until this weekend. The room was amazing, and Erin and Ruthie gave top notch service. They welcomed me with a cocktail and even gave me free rides to a couple of restaurants in their golf cart. Breakfast was delicious, too. I booked because the prices were great, and I'm glad I did. Awesome place, highly recommend it. I'll definitely come back.

I've stayed here on my trips to Folly, and it's become my go-to. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the service is exceptional. Every detail feels thoughtfully done, and from the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and cared for. It's an amazing bed and breakfast for a relaxing, unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

The adults only setting lets you relax, laugh, and joke without having to keep things at a full "G" rating. The staff are friendly and make sure guests are taken care of. Great location and an outstanding property. I'd stay there again and again!
