Don't stay here. We arrived in the middle of the night ready to sleep, but the person at the desk was slow and on his phone. He was nice and apologized about the stained, dirty sheets in the first room, then moved us. The sheets were cleaner in the second room, but there were about five roaches, big and small, around the room. There was hair in the sink and half-used shampoo. We were so tired we killed the bugs we saw and gave up for the night. The bed base and skirt were covered in crumbs and hair and need a much better cleaning. The hotel is off the main highway, and we heard police sirens several times overnight. The AC unit was incredibly loud, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The website advertised breakfast, but none was offered, and the main lobby was closed anyway. A horrible stay. Do better, Econo Lodge. I've stayed somewhere cheaper with much better accommodations.

I got in around 1:30 am after a late flight, exhausted, and the room was supposed to be non-smoking. I sprayed cologne and had my family tough it out through the faint cigarette smell because it was so late. That morning, I had to take a meeting in the parking lot: the "lobby" was closed because of covid, even though no employees inside were wearing masks. There was no breakfast, housekeeping changed my towels once, and the beds weren't very comfortable. I don't have time to keep arguing with the front desk, so I'll take the lesson and never come back.

My friend and I found dirty sheets in our first room and called the front desk right away. They moved us, but the next room was dirty too. We went out to take care of some business and came back to find people in our room. We reported it again and asked for a full refund, but the front desk staff and manager were rude. They rushed us out, and we didn't get time to pack or get ready. I hate this place and neither I nor any of my friends will stay here again.

Gina at the front desk was a real joy, personable and professional at once. The place was pretty clean, including the grounds, but the room was nothing special, just a bed, a roof, and four walls. I used reward points, so it didn't cost me anything.
