We left early and requested a refund for the nights we didn't use. The host refused, saying, "We cannot force people to behave appropriately. Even the cops can’t." We complained through Airbnb and got a partial refund, but not for all the unused nights, so be aware. We'd chosen the listing because it was described as non-smoking and safe, both important for our family, but on the second night the sleeping area smelled of cigarette smoke. At about 1:44 AM, loud verbal arguments started in the next unit and went on for hours. The host didn't respond when we reported it during our stay. After we escalated the refund request through AirBNB proper, the host said we had caused a noise issue, something that hadn't come up while we were there. Be aware of possible retaliation if you complain. Families, light sleepers, and anyone who needs a truly quiet, non-smoking, well-managed place should be cautious.

I'd stay here again. It's a remote, dated property, but very well maintained. The rooms are clean and in good repair, and the calm and quiet are a real plus for this location.

The room was clean and, overall, it was a decent place. I didn't like that other tenants or people staying at the hotel could access the room. Be prepared to pay a 157 deposit on top of the room cost before your card will go through. I got the deposit back soon after checkout, which was excellent. Not a bad place.
