We enjoyed our stay. The place was wonderful for the price, and the customer service was great. The pool is heated, and it was close to downtown and ongoing events. Thank you, from David and Alicesara.

We booked six nights, but after four nights of what felt like a nightmare, we left early because staying there had become unbearable. The customer service didn’t seem interested in helping when we told them we were leaving, and only said thanks for letting them know. I don’t recommend this place, especially for couples with kids. If you want a real vacation, save yourself the anguish and avoid this terrible place. When I made the reservation, I said we were two adults and two children, but the room we got was very small and didn’t make sense for a family of four. I also requested a baby cot. None was there when we arrived. I called several times, and one finally came around 1 a.m., but it had no mattress and couldn’t be used. My wife ended up sharing one bed with the baby, and I shared another with our child. A group of boys staying in the complex played football at midnight and threw the ball toward our window several times. It scared the children and woke them up. The response I received afterward didn’t impress me, and it won’t make me come back. They could have refunded the nights we didn’t stay, but they didn’t want to. It seemed they wanted to make an impression for other people reading, rather than show real regret or leave us with a good feeling.

We booked a lovely house in fort lauderdale through LOWKL. It was clean, with a great kitchen and a large bathroom. The host manager was so kind and did a lot to make us comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place, 10 stars.

A lovely setting in a nice neighborhood, with a spotless apartment and helpful staff. Great place!
